The common area has a dining table with chairs and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, cable TV in all rooms and in the common area. The house is cleaned twice a week by the cleaning staff.

Kitchen

The kitchen has three (3) refrigerators with a freezer, stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.

Location

This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, making use of a Continente supermarket, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, banks.

Transport

In a few minutes, it is possible to reach the metro stations of Arroios (Green Line). The house is in a central location, which allows you to be served with a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, and taxis!

What is included?

All expenses are INCLUDED in the final price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas, and cleaning) up to 40€ per month. We provide contracts, monthly receipts within the scope of the law, and assist in obtaining Visa Residencies.

This landlord charges an administration fee of €45.
